Field Operations Auditor

Role Summary : To conduct operations audits of stores based on checklist to identify control weakness and reporting of observations. This role involves working with the Internal Audit team.

Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting / finance / CA Inter / CMA/ CS Inter   Valid UAE Driving License is a must (Company car will be provided for official purpose)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Operational Audits
   Perform scheduled and unscheduled visits to store locations to conduct in-depth operational audits.
   Verify cash handling procedures, including cash reconciliation, drawer audits, and cash flow processes.
   Ensure stock levels are accurately recorded and compare physical inventory against system records.
   Check for compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Reporting & Documentation:
   Compile audit findings into clear, actionable reports for management, highlighting any discrepancies or areas of concern.
   Submit reports within agreed timelines and follow up on any corrective actions required.
   Maintain detailed records of audits, findings, and actions taken.
3. Process Audits & Investigations:
   Assist with process audits to ensure operational efficiency and identify potential areas for improvement.
   Participate in investigations related to operational issues, fraud concerns, or other irregularities, providing insights and support to the investigation team.
4. Compliance Monitoring:
   Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations across stores.
   Provide feedback to store management on areas for improvement and assist in the development of corrective action plans.
5. Training & Support:
   Provide guidance to store staff on best practices for operational procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
   Offer recommendations for improvements and operational efficiencies to store management.

Functional Competencies:

– Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. – Ready to travel 80-90% of the time – Proficient MS Office applications (MS Excel)
