Work Location – Dubai
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Assist in preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Analyze business performance, including variance analysis and key financial metrics.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors for timely invoice processing and payment follow-ups
- Support cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives across departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors and other stakeholders during financial reviews and audits.
Qualifications :
CMA/ CA Inter, MBA Finance, or M. Com
Industry Experience – Logistics / Distribution / Supply chain
Functional Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and other automation tools
