Job Responsibilities:
Understanding Geography & Market trend
- Ability to do a demographics study by understanding the cosmopolitan nature of the Population of their respective region by split of Nationals Vs expats and Indians.
- Understanding of Consumer buying behavior and shopping habits
Product / Brand knowledge, Positioning, Target customer, Consumer insight’s activities
- Implementation of Planograms as per principal guidelines
- Responsible for Competition brand activities, brand share in the respective Category Share, Market Share, SKU share and Variant share
- Monthly review on Offtake data, PDO tracking, Focus SKU’s and set actionable points with a timeline
Qualifications :
- MBA – Marketing
- Has 6+ years of Trade Marketing experience in a large FMCG Co. (Distribution Industry)
- Able to travel extensively in UAE for activation, executions and analysis
- Advanced in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PPT & Data Analytics & Interpretations
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
- Ability to think critically and creatively
