Job Responsibilities:

Understanding Geography & Market trend

  • Ability to do a demographics study by understanding the cosmopolitan nature of the Population of their respective region by split of Nationals Vs expats and Indians.
  • Understanding of Consumer buying behavior and shopping habits

Product / Brand knowledge, Positioning, Target customer, Consumer insight’s activities

  • Implementation of Planograms as per principal guidelines
  • Responsible for Competition brand activities, brand share in the respective Category Share, Market Share, SKU share and Variant share
  • Monthly review on Offtake data, PDO tracking, Focus SKU’s and set actionable points with a timeline

Qualifications :

  • MBA – Marketing
  • Has 6+ years of Trade Marketing experience in a large FMCG Co. (Distribution Industry)
  • Able to travel extensively in UAE for activation, executions and analysis
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PPT & Data Analytics & Interpretations
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
