Warehouse Operations Manager

Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee all Warehouse functions, including Order fulfilment, Receiving & Returns. This role will manage a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain operational excellence in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to meet performance objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, order fulfilment, and receiving.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting, including on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory, order processing, and other warehouse functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on warehouse operations to senior management.
• Handle any ad-hoc operational challenges, resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Strong experience in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CIPS, etc.)
