Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Assist in achieving store-level sales targets and KPIs. Analyze sales trends and customer buying patterns to optimize product offerings. Support and execute promotions, in-store merchandising, and upselling initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with B2C customers (e.g. traders, retailers). Customer Service Operations Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Implement loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives. Monitor and manage the performance of the front-line customer service team. Responsible to lead the Customer Retention Program Hands-on experience in managing customer complaints and conduct surveys and feedback Team Management Train, coach, and guide store team members on sales techniques and customer service. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure optimal staff productivity. Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and development plans. Reporting & Analysis Maintain sales, customer service, and operational records. Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery. Social Media Management Ensure consistency with the brand’s voice and visual identity. Respond to customer queries, comments, and complaints on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).Encourage feedback, testimonials, and user-generated content from regular customers. Support digital campaigns aimed at increasing footfall and loyalty memberships. Coordinate with the marketing team/A&P agencies to promote store-level offers, discounts, and festive campaigns. Ensure content aligns with marketing guidelines and is approved before posting |
