Regardless of the academic qualifications, there is always an opportunity to grow here. I joined as a graduate and today I head the JEFI arm at Jaleel Holdings. The Chairman is a man with a noble vision – he wants to take care of all the health and financial aspects of not just his employees but also their families. He has instilled these righteous values in his sons too. When the country was gripped by Covid-19, MD himself used to call and check on me regularly; during this time not once he called to ask about work, it was always only about my health.
