Driving Efficiency: How Jaleel Holdings Optimized Fleet Operations through Digitization?

For over five decades, Jaleel Holdings has built its success on innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement. As our business expanded across Trading, Distribution and Logistics, managing a growing fleet of vehicles became a complex challenge. What began with a single vehicle has grown into a fleet of more than 450 cars, pickups, trucks, trailers and vans operating across the GCC.

To enhance transparency, control and data-driven decision-making, Jaleel Holdings launched the Fleet Automation Project in 2024. This fully SAP-integrated system manages every stage of fleet operations — from work order creation to financial tracking. It provides a unified dashboard for monitoring vehicle performance, maintenance history, driver allocation and accident records, ensuring efficient and accountable fleet management

The results have been remarkable. Within six months, vehicle availability increased by 94%. Automated renewal reminders helped minimize fines while precise tracking of spare parts, repairs and expenses improved financial accuracy. With all data now consolidated in one place, decision-makers can evaluate supplier performance, optimize costs and plan future with confidence.

As we continue gathering data, the next step is predictive analytics—using insights to anticipate maintenance needs and improve long-term sustainability.

At Jaleel Holdings, we believe technology isn’t just about automation—it’s about empowering smarter decisions, driving performance and building intelligent systems that keep us moving forward efficiently and sustainably.
