Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple cash & carry outlets within the cluster.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets across stores.
- Monitor and control store budgets, expenses, and shrinkage levels.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment processes to reduce out-of-stock and wastage.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to implement local marketing strategies.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, store layout, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery across all stores in the cluster.
- Collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, and finance teams to optimize business performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering business results.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and cash & carry model.
