Cluster Store Manager (Dubai)

responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple cash & carry outlets within the assigned region (Dubai). The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple cash & carry outlets within the cluster.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets across stores.
• Monitor and control store budgets, expenses, and shrinkage levels.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment processes to reduce out-of-stock and wastage.
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to implement local marketing strategies.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, store layout, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery across all stores in the cluster.
• Collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, and finance teams to optimize business performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in FMCG retail/wholesale operations, with at least 3 years in multi-store management.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering business results.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and cash & carry model.
